Background
A founder member of the Projex partnership and formerly associate director at CNP, Steve brings extensive experience of all aspects of the project role, especially complex projects across a range of sectors including office, industrial, retail, residential, leisure and mixed use developments.
After stints at ADAS and Watts & Partners, he joined CNP to initially work on larger commercial acquisition surveys before developing a senior role in project management.
He brings over nine years experience of building surveying and project management having graduated from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle in June 2000.
Key experience
Various new build and refurbishment projects for a variety of clients up to £30m in value. Recent projects include Broad Street, Halifax for Gregory Property Group; South Parade, Leeds for Invista; The Point, West Bridgeford for Bournston; Chapel Street, Bridlington for Threadneedle.
Favourite building
The Coliseum, Rome, because it is an amazing feat of engineering and simply breathtaking.
