Background
A founding partner of Projex, Phil started his career at a small practice in London before joining Edward Erdman’s initially in London before moving north to establish their Building Surveying team in 1991.
He joined King Sturge in 1994 as a Senior Associate and became Partner before leaving 3 years later to establish the Leeds office of CNP and head the northern operation of the company.
Phil played a key role in the growth and development of the business and, in particular, its regional and European office infrastructure. He also headed up the company’s larger projects division in the north.
Phil was also the brains and one of the original driving forces behind Location Leeds at MIPIM and was recognised by leading regional business magazine, Insider, as an up and coming entrepreneur in its 2005 “42 Under 42″ award.
