Background
Greg joined the Projex team in April 2011 as a Partner in the Midlands office having previously worked for ARCADIS/AYH (Birmingham) for 6 years as an Associate Director.
Greg spent the first 12 years of his career working for contractors in London and Birmingham on a variety of commercial, residential, refurbishment and light industrial schemes, providing a valuable insight into how construction projects are managed and operated on site. Following his move into professional consultancy in 2005, Greg has acted for property developers, generally as the lead QS and / or Employer’s Agent delivering complex mixed use city centre schemes and corporate headquarters.
Greg has also enjoyed a close working relationship with the banking / investment sector acting in a fund monitoring capacity in the Midlands region, successfully managing a portfolio of circa 20 schemes of varying value over recent years.
Key experience
In the past 6 years Greg has delivered several large mixed use city centre schemes, upwards of 200,000 ft² comprising a combination of residential, commercial, retail and local authority requirements each up to a value of £25m. He has also recently undertaken a dual EA/QS role delivering 45,000 ft² corporate headquarters in Nottingham and acted as fund monitor on 90,000 ft² flagship office space on a new business park development in the West Midlands.
He also has significant residential experience working directly for a private developer in the luxury housing market on properties often in excess of 3,500 ft² either as individual units or as part of larger privately gated developments.

Completed in 1930 as the then tallest building in the world, it transcends the passage of time, and is arguably more iconic now than it’s ever been.
