11th Contract Win – American retailer
Projex Building Solutions has just been instructed by retained U.S. based retailer Automoney on their 11th new site. Projex Building Solutions provide due diligence, design and contract administration services on their proposed expansion into the UK.
Projex is providing a one-stop-shop in order to inspect the units and providing measured, asbestos and structural survey advice.
Having created and agreed a standard shop-fitting layout in conjunction with the client, Projex manage the entire construction process enabling the client to move in and begin trading swiftly and with ease.
