Contract Start August 2010 – Harrow

The contractor Ardmore Construction have now started on site with the new mixed use scheme at Pinner Road, Harrow. Anchoring the scheme will be a new 76,000 sq ft Morrisons being one of the first new Stores within Central London.

Above a landscaped podium deck will be 142 residential flats to be purchased by Galliard Homes.

Completion is set for October 2012.
