Refurbishment of Former Delivery Office in Stamford Completed Ahead of Programme and On Budget!!
Projex have successfully delivered an enabling works package including internal alteration works to create three level areas for Wrenbridge Land Limited as part of the redevelopment of a former delivery office in Stamford, Lincolnshire.
Due to the fast track nature of the scheme, the project was negotiated with Quantum Construction and was delivered ahead of programme.
The tenant, Loungers Limited, will be undertaking a separate fit-out to transform the existing building into a bar/restaurant. The fit-out works are due to commence in August 2011.
The client, Wrenbridge Land Limited, commented “…the project was delivered very diligently and professionally and we are very grateful to you for helping the contractor to finish on time and on budget.”
